Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation All bookings for online services must be made through our official website. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with details of the appointment, including the date, time, and session link. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments can be made via credit card or other accepted payment methods on our website. Rescheduling and Cancellations If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a SGD100 charge. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Late Arrivals If you are late to your appointment, the session may still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s booking. Please join the session on time to take full advantage of your allotted time. Technical Difficulties Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and all necessary equipment ready for your online session. If technical issues on your end prevent the session from proceeding, the session will be forfeited. If there are technical problems from our side, we will reschedule at no additional cost. Confidentiality All online sessions are conducted in a confidential and secure environment. We ensure that all communications and information shared during your session remain private and protected. Refunds Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations or no-shows within the 24-hour window are non-refundable.
