Cancellation Policy
At Flourishance Academy, we understand that schedules can change. However, to ensure fairness and efficiency for all parties involved, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: 1. Cancellation or Rescheduling Notice: 48-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a booking. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly and potentially accommodate other clients. 2. Charges for Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Failure to Provide 48-Hour Notice: If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking, the full session fee will still be charged. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. 3. How to Cancel or Reschedule: Contact Us: To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us via [email/phone/booking platform] as soon as possible. Ensure you receive confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling request. 4. Exceptions: Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential exceptions to this policy. Exceptions will be made at our discretion.
